Prof. Jones publishes in the Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences

Earlier this year Professor Eric Jones, in collaboration with Ramis Rafay, David Sivak, and Jane Fowler from Simon Fraser University, published a paper in the Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences detailing new quantitative methods for inferring the rate at which species immigrate between connected ecosystems. Their research improves the accuracy of measuring movement in complex ecological communities and enhances understanding of processes important to biodiversity, ecosystem health, and conservation.
